The Village Pilot Project
The goal of the pilot was to test the viability of various curriculum, program features and project administration. Among other metrics, we collected data on several demographic categories, prior academic performance, leadership potential and emotional intelligence. Our programming sought to address some of the challenges participants were facing and we gained valuable insight into the program features that worked well and those that needed improvement. In addition to a community engagement process undertaken in the spring of 2022, the VPP pilot has been instrumental in developing future programming.
